CRUNCHY HAMBURGERS


CRUNCHY  HAMBURGERS


1 lb. ground chuck
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients.  Divide mixture into 4 equal portions.  Broil on rack until cooled. Happy Healthy Grilling!
